Supervision

Individual Supervision



Individual Supervision sessions are done in-person or through a secure video stream.  We explore a variety of topics related to the practice of counselling therapy.


Sessions are 50 minutes in length which can be done in-person and online.


Here are some topics covered in supervision:

  • Assessments
  • Intervention planning and implementation
  • Organization and time management
  • Recordkeeping
  • Counselling and Supervisory Relationships
  • Professional Idendity
  • Professionalism
  • Ethical and legal considerations
  • Diversity considerations
  • Self-care

Eligible supervisees must be in one of these 4 categories to receive supervision :

CCC-Qualified (CCPA)

LCT Candidates (CCTNB)

RP Candidates (CRPO)

Professional Development Group

Group Supervision

Group Supervision sessions are done through a secure video stream only. No matter where you live, group supervision is available to you.


Sessions are 90 minutes in length with a minimum of 3 supervisees. Sessions are pre-scheduled by the group at a mutually agreed date and time.


Supervisees are asked to attend at the scheduled times as set by the group. The goal in Group Supervision is to learn and improve your counselling skills as a group, to get/offer positive and constructive feedback and to provide support to the group.


Eligible supervisees must be in one of these 4 categories to receive supervision :

  • CCC-Qualified (CCPA)
  • LCT Candidates (CCTNB)
  • RP Candidates (CRPO)
  • Professional Development Group
